Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via whatsapp, SMS or email.
There are no separate shipping charges—your checkout price is the final price you pay.
Address changes can be made only before the order is shipped.
If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeline, you can contact Customer Support through +91 9193319138 with your order ID during the working hours and we will assist immediately.
The courier will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. You may also contact the courier using the tracking link to reschedule.
If your package is damaged, tampered, or leaking upon opening, please take a photo and contact customer support within 24 hours for a replacement. If the seal appears opened before delivery, please do not accept the package from the courier.
