Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Lovee, we prioritize customer satisfaction. However, due to the custom-made nature of our products and high shipping costs, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit. In such instances, we will replace the product. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before placing them.
To request a replacement, please email cc@lovee.co.in with your order number and photos of the issue within 48 hours of order delivery. We will arrange for a reverse pick-up and send you a replacement once we receive the item.
To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be in the same condition as received, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
We recommend that you carefully review product images, descriptions, and sizes before placing an order. You may contact us for additional images or details if needed. This helps ensure that your order meets your expectations and avoids any disappointment.
Please note that we do not offer refunds. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed. For cancellations, a nominal fee of 5% will be deducted from the refund amount as processing charges.
