All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number to monitor your order.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cc@lovee.co.in along with photos or video proof. Our team will review the case and assist you with a replacement or resolution.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping details, including your address and contact number, are accurate at checkout. Lovee is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

International Shipping

Currently, Lovee ships only within India. We are working to expand our services to international customers soon.
